When using for the first time, run the water for 5-10 minutes to remove accumulated carbon dust.

We've included an extra shower filter to make sure you never run out of fresh, clean water!

Our filter kits are compatible with all types of shower heads.

It is highly filtered to remove impurities and odors, so it is also very safe to bathe your pet.

How many filter cartridges are included?

Two cartridges are included in total: one cartridge is pre-installed inside the shower filter housing, and one is a spare replacement cartridge. No third cartridge is included.

Does this filter soften hard water?

This is a shower filtration device, not an ion-exchange water softener. It is designed to help reduce chlorine, odors, heavy metals and other impurities, but it does not remove all hardness minerals.

Will the shower filter reduce water pressure?

Its high-flow design is intended to maintain steady shower pressure. Actual water flow may vary depending on household water pressure, the shower head and the condition of the cartridge.

How often should the cartridge be replaced?

Cartridge life depends on water quality, shower frequency and sediment levels. Replace it when water flow noticeably decreases, odors return or the cartridge reaches the replacement interval stated in the product instructions.

What filtration media are inside the cartridge?

The 20-stage cartridge contains filtration media such as KDF-55, activated carbon and alkaline ceramic balls to help improve shower water quality.
